How do I book a vehicle?

Booking a vehicle is simple. Use our search form to select your pickup and dropoff dates and locations. Browse available vehicles, select your preferred car, and complete the booking form with your details. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the booking details.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is typically required at the time of pickup. A security deposit may be held on your card during the rental period.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full rental amount.

What insurance options are available?

All our vehicles come with basic liability insurance included. Additional coverage options such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), theft protection, and personal accident insurance are available at an extra cost. We recommend reviewing your personal insurance coverage before selecting additional options.

What is your fuel policy?

Our standard policy is 'same-to-same' - you receive the vehicle with a certain fuel level and should return it with the same level. If returned with less fuel, a refueling charge plus a service fee will apply. Some locations offer prepaid fuel options.

What are the age requirements to rent a vehicle?

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Some vehicle categories may have higher age requirements. A valid driver's license held for at least one year is required.

What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

You will need a valid driver's license, a credit or debit card in your name, and a valid form of identification (passport or national ID card). International visitors may need an International Driving Permit in addition to their home country license.

Do you offer vehicle delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services to select locations including airports, hotels, and residential addresses. Delivery fees may apply depending on the location and distance. Contact us for availability and pricing in your area.

Is there a mileage limit on rentals?

Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage for standard rentals. Some specialty vehicles or promotional rates may have daily mileage limits. Any excess mileage charges will be clearly stated in your rental agreement.

What happens if the vehicle is damaged during my rental?

Any damage should be reported immediately to our customer service team. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for damage costs up to a certain deductible amount. We recommend taking photos of the vehicle before and after your rental.
