Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Rental

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from us. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old (25 for luxury vehicles)
• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
• Valid identification document (passport or national ID)
• Credit card in the renter's name for security deposit

2. Reservation and Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking
• Full payment is due upon vehicle pickup
• We accept major credit cards and cash payments
• Prices include basic insurance and unlimited mileage unless otherwise specified

3. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized driver(s) listed in the contract
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
• The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or racing
• Cross-border travel requires prior written authorization

4. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price
• The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by insurance
• Additional coverage options are available at extra cost
• Traffic violations are the sole responsibility of the renter

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of pickup
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations

7. Late Returns

Late returns will be charged at the daily rate. A grace period of 1 hour is allowed. Please contact us if you need to extend your rental.

8. Accidents and Breakdowns

In case of an accident or breakdown, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt repairs without authorization. A police report is required for all accidents.
